I took some time off to evaluate my own life and to make sure that I was living up to what I was putting out into the universe. I promised to live with integrity and seek out the truths on whom I really am. Wow, did I have a wakeup call! I needed to stop being so hard on me and continue to follow my dreams even if hard times arose. I sought out wisdom from the man upstairs and I asked him to remove all the things that were holding me back from my calling and boy did it come with some pain. A total shift came right away! I had to acknowledge my fault but then I had to immediately let them in order for me to continue in my walk. This process is not a pleasant process all of the time because you may even have to remove people from your life and even walk away from jobs,relationships, and even move away. That's right, in order to create what it is that you want is first changing your thoughts and environment!!
Misery loves company and so does Success! I onced watched a television evangelist preach on prosperity and she stated that "If you want to become wealthy and you are not, go where the wealthy eat and even if you have no money, order water while you listen and watch how they carry themselves". Well, I must say she had it right on point. Some can say its eventual adaptation and I say it is the Law of Attraction sort of like the laws in the book/movie "The Secret" if you believe in that. I do!!!!! The same laws are in the Bible and other books and philosophies. You have to ask the Universe to open up for you and it will. It may not come when you want it to come because the Universe does not rely upon time because it is timeless nor does it have limits because there is no limits. Remember one thing, If God created the heavens and the earth and we are merely images of him, then we have the power to create what it is that we dream of becoming. I stepped out because I believe in more than what people have told me and I am blessed to have the courage! The rest is already history.

I am transparent because I have nothing to hide, I am powerful because I believe that I am the sum of all things, I am the sum of all things present and the result of everything that I think I am because of the God in me! I think therefore I am!

FOOD: Suspicious Sunrise
Glistening from its hours of being hidden and brightening someone Else's day lies a suspicious sunrise,
Flanked by clouds being dried out from its warmth, it has risen again to give us yet another day,
come forth my suspicious sunrise
From a mere dream you became light, and with hope you continue to come through for those whom need your light for all of it's uses, my suspicious sunrise.
I arose before dawn at the beckoning of your call letting me know that today was to be not just another ordinary day, you gave me light to see my way, my suspicious sunrise.
You have turned your attention to this place called earth while illuminating your share of the heavens which I'm sure is not an easy task, but yet you still have grace for a world whom still doesn't understand you, you are still my suspicious sunshine.
There is something about you this morning that stands out from the rest of your past arrivals and I think that I know what it is,
It is your pure beauty in the soft and delicate morn with clouds that have held back a few of your rays that symbolizes my life and allows for me to still shine in the midst of my clouds while yet I still illuminate the souls of those whom need a little sunshine.
This Morning you gave me hope and visions of ways that I can let my rays radiate and show the world without me turning my back on those whom are still sleep in the morning of their lives.

Meeting Your Needs
When I decided to follow my heart and open myself up to help others, it came when the so called moment of doubt met with uncertainty and let me tell you, it was a place that most of you do not want to be in. I felt that God brought me to a familiar place in order to reach me and COACH me so that I can put the worries of acceptance and understanding to rest in my mind so that I could become a beacon of light for all of the lost or hindered souls out there. There was not an ear nor was there the friends or the fans cheering me on saying "Go Carlos, Go!" I remember a so called friend telling me that the only way that I can become a coach was if I had millions of dollars or I was Successful..... That is when the record stop playing and I asked myself, "What quantifies success?" That is when I can say that I had to take an ugly look at what was on the inside of me that I needed to fix in order to help others. This is when the entire movie of my life had been brought to my attention. I was frozen by the acceptance of others in a place that was so dark that even a cave dwelling creature would not even tread. I had to reach out for something that was far greater than me and what others would scoff or even shun me if I even brought the word into a conversation.... "GOD". God, yes that right I said it!
After apologizing to myself first for the torture that I had put myself through for years in trying to understand why I could not please everyone, and trying to find acceptance from even family, I finally got it! I had to reach outside the scope of what I had once thought was supposed to work for me and dig into what I always knew was a sure thing and that was me!!!!!! I have to take responsibility for all of my short comings but most importantly I had to forgive myself for being so hard on me and worrying about those whom didn't want to be a part of my life. I literally had to wake up on morning in the midst of all that was going on around me and say I'm good. Even though I knew that proclaiming victory over my doubts was the first step, I knew that I had quite a ways to go but I was open for the challenge and now here I am.
The psychological and spiritual evolution into my new endeavor was meant for me so that I can help others meet there needs. I once read in the BIBLE (that is right I have read that too) that the message will come from men and women outside of the normal scope of what people tend to look at when identifying with spirituality. I understand the struggle and I have accepted the struggle but what I didn't accept is the fact that you have to stay in the struggle in order to live. Listen people, we must focus on meeting our own needs first and then we must foster the courage to take life on a live the way that God has made for all of us.
FOOD is intended for those whom may lack the spiritual diet and may have a craving for wisdom! I may not be a Creflo Dollar but I will take Carlos Penny anytime if it helps someone else meet there needs! And to my friend whom seemed to think that success is measure by what you have, while you are a slave to the wage war, I have stepped into a freedom that has allowed me to fill the void in many lives, and that to me is success. I'm transparent and my life hides behind no walls. I'm free now......
Every time I read my post I get the chills because I'm living my dream!

MEDIOCRITY IS JUST NOT FOR ME!
I don't know but mediocrity was never for me. Ever since I was young, I always new that I wanted more! I can't help that my brain was hardwired to open life up to live and enjoy wanting more besides, where I grew up only made me want to have more. Heck, Jesus had everything and he only chose to live in poverty to show people the entire scope of how to handle life's trials, temptation, and tribulations. Well, if you had to break it down then I will tell you that with a father like God then he had everything that needed and wanted. Since my dad was taken from me early I just figured that God had adopted me so I wanted everything too! Why should I have to settle? I wasn't always focus and sometimes I let my emotions get in the way of what Gods true intentions were for me, and I still have times when the old me will peep in. I could tell you this, if you go towards your true calling as I have mine then you will no longer be defined as mediocre in those whom understand what it is to take that step.
People have always told me that I talked to much and I used that as a source of inspiration and have used it to open doors that led to great jobs in the past and will eventually take me to where it is that I need to be! The only thing that I added to what I already had was the intelligence to make my words reputable and inspirational and guess what? I didn't have to ask for permission or anyone to sign off on it either. When one starts not to think about what others think about what it is that you do(lol), then you will become what it is that you truly want to become! Do not settle for the mediocrity of life! Want more, be more, do more, see more, read more, talk more, love more, and last but not least, live more!!!
I would much rather being broke and working toward my dream than mediocre and living in someone elses dream.....

Get in the Game!!!
We got to get in the Game of Life! You ever wonder why there are only a few players on the Field and thousands in the stand? YOU CANT EXPECT CHANGE SITTING IN THE STANDS! You have to become a player and how you do that is by applying a little bit of drive and ambition. When I got up this morning and got on the road to Starbucks this morning my goal was to apply my gift and serve up some ambition in order to make someone Else's day better. We have all of the tools we are just to scared of growth or failure. I was used to always being the smallest member of the football team and realizing that the only way that I could get on the field was to think and play big! I could not imagine being in the crowd when playing was they reason people came to the game so I had to take each play on as if it were my last. I often left the game bruised up but the feeling of accomplishment outlasted the pain. Get off of the couch, do not make excuses and take ownership of your life despite the situation. Get in the game!!!!!

Breakfast of Champions
A true champion works his hardest when no one is watching and when there is no one cheering them one. Sometimes being in a rut is the best place to redefine, re-invent yourself and establish new personal goals. Life is not fair nor is it unfair but one thing that it does do is give you a blank canvas anytime you want to add changes to what you already are and whom you may want to be. We must be constantly evolving and building ourselves up in order to become the Champions that we were intended to be. Make no mistakes about it, it does come with blood, sweat, and tears but through perseverance and ambition we can become anything we want! Stay focused and positive even if it means letting go of people and things in order to do so. Believe in you and fans will come! Be a Champion!

Afternoon Snack
Sorry Fans for not getting you up this morning to Sunday breakfast and for missing a great brunch but I do have a snack to help you through the day! Has it ever occurred to you that we are all getting ready to experience a change in our lives like no other before? I feel a great change coming on and it begins inside all of us! We have to believe that the recession is over as it has been said by government officials and those in charge of getting us the news!!! I had the opportunity this morning early to go on my morning drive and I tell you all, the beach and driving across the bay has never looked better. My clouds had turned to sunshine and my doubts faded the moment that I realized that I was in the best position that anyone can be in at this point in life.......... I had choices and I was not dead! I instantly became grateful of how important lessons in the past two years of my life have changed me.
Most of my experiences in the past two years resulted in me almost being homeless and losing almost everything with the exception of one important part and that was my spiritual self. The Real Estate and mortgage market took a horrible turn and my business model failed and when I say failed it literally crashed. The last few months have been a testimonial for even me that a little bit of faith can be the absolute source of sunshine in your darkest days and a little bit of faith will make you reach inside and find that something that makes it all make sense. We never know what is going to happen when we take that step to do big things however, I did know one thing, faith trumps anything. I was always told that you can have faith the size of a mustard seed and God will provide a way but my faith was the size of the tip of a needle and God gave me just what I needed to pull through. Most of you whom have known me have me separated in your mind from the faith model but I'm glad that most of you didn't count me out. I have a story to tell!
Faith allowed me to be able to negotiate my first real estate contract since I left my company a last week and now I have a deal on the table. I can tell you that the market is turning around a something made me move. I can tell you what that something is but you have to believe it. I know that I promised you a snack but just as soon as I started typing I knew that this could get deep. We have to channel all of our energies from the things that may distract us from our higher calling. Whether it is a person, place, or thing, we need to drop dead weight and focus on positive change. Even in your darkest day you need some sunshine! When the going gets rough get focused and you will get what you need from you know who!!!
If you are in a dark spot say to yourself, "It will not get any worse" and believe that you are that beacon of light and are in complete control of your life!

Creating Your Dreams
Sorry, for the mid-morning blog my few fans! LOL For those whom chose to EAT this morning then I have a great menu for you. I started this morning with a real Life over easy, a medium serving of a drive over the bridge and through Clearwater beach, and a large platter of being alive another day. I'm full! My life continues to unfold right in front of my eyes as I continue forward on my walk and eventual run to the proverbial finish line. Had it had not been for a vision, I would not have been able to make the decision and jump start using my talents in real life story to help others to transform their lives in order to be whom they really want to be.
Everybody wont be there when you decide to change and become whom you want to truly be. As you move forward in your daily walk, people whom once saw you as your old self may not like or appreciate your new change either because they are jealous or they just don't care! I have good news, you will at least know then that they were truly not there when as though they appeared to have been there. When on my drive across the bridge I slowed down and asked myself, "How can someone waste a beautiful scene like this by jumping of a beautiful bridge into gorgeous water"? How can they not want to see how this whole thing plays out? I became aware at that moment that my walk is a good one and that I have it! I have the power of influence, protection from my enemies, and the courage and the knowledge to step into my destiny! I asked for this and I got it! Now it's time to run with it!!!
I dedicate this Blog to My Aunt Dee Dee whom gave me major inspiration and whom passed away at a young age. She told me on the phone while in the Hospital during her very last few days something that has been eating at my heart, and that was "Your words will be golden one day"! Whew! I just got chills down my spine! Look Auntie, I'm doing it and with no hands!

More Food
I was up at the crack of dawn today and it still amazes me that the moment the sun comes up, how God has continued his quest to show us how beautiful life can be. A fresh canvas is presented and the paint is our dreams. We must harness our talents and focus on ideas that run through our beautiful minds in order to continue to bless this world with creation. I sometime have to stop and listen to my mind and make sure it is in sync with the endless possibilities in order to continue to pass the food around so that those in need may eat and become enriched with the energy that allows them to go about their daily walk.
Understand this, without dreams God would not have created this vast universe and others that have been discovered. Be awake and aware so that when the darkness of your life comes that you expect the sun of hope to rise up and shine brightly.

Focus today on Finding the New You!
Although one may not be able to re-invent the wheel, one can re-invent themselves. We have so many untapped areas of our brain that need to be revamped and trained to take on the constant changes of our environment. With the introduction of technology and being thrust into a highspeed world, we need to focus on how to improve our networking, social circles, and our attitudes about success. Sometimes, we get caught in a rut because of a shift in our lives that sometimes leaves you in a situation that may look bleak and unfavorable but this must be when we reach the moment of "Discovery". Whether change stemmed from a personal choice or changes brought about by circumstances beyond our control, we must be able to remodel our skills and invest some time in increasing our social consciousness through avenues such as Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, and social networking events in order to make ourselves available.

If the world, the universe, and the heavens were created by one whom created us in his image, then we must all be creators too! We only limit ourselves by our fears of actually succeeding. The universe could not create a better time than now for all of us to take the restrictions off of our minds so that we can create our true visions!
